Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to initiate a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving the item, provided you meet our return criteria. To start the return process, send an email to hello@sozstudios.com with the word “return” and your order number in the subject line.

Returns cannot be accepted without prior contact. Please note that we cannot accept returns for worn or used items. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. When trying on items, please do so on a clean surface to prevent any damage. If returned items show marks, a full refund may not be issued. Return your items in their original packaging, placed inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

We cannot accept returns if the items or their packaging are damaged. Upon receiving the returned items, we reserve the right to deny a return and refund if the items do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned. Items purchased from a retailer must be returned through that retailer and cannot be returned to us. Carefully repackage your items with their original packaging and send them back to us using the prepaid label we provide. A $15 restocking fee, along with a $15 return shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund. If you process multiple exchanges from a single order, a maximum of $15 will be deducted per return shipment label provided.

Once we receive your item in its original, undamaged condition, we will take 7-10 days to process your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges: The same guidelines for returns apply to exchanges. Please email us with the word “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. Once we receive your exchanged item, assuming it is in its original new condition without any damage, we will process your exchange within 3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your new item is sent. There are no restocking fees for exchanges unless the exchange is returned.
