We are not liable for replacing items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend signing up for shipping insurance. If you choose not to pay for insurance, we cannot assist you in case of loss or theft.

While we can help track your shipment, we do not guarantee delivery by mail or delivery service. If UPS shows that a package has been delivered and you have not received it, we do not offer replacements.
